Hi, I’m Carol

Welcome to Gramma’s House —

Where Healing Begins from Within

If you’ve ever pushed yourself to the point of exhaustion… if you’ve poured your heart into caring for everyone else while quietly running on empty… if you’ve hit that wall and wondered, “How did I get here again?” — I see you.

I’ve been there, too.

Before I was an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, I was a wife to the love of my life, a mom to five, and now a Gramma to eight. I’ve lived the full, beautiful, messy, demanding life of a woman who says “yes” to everything — until my nervous system said “no more.” I know what it’s like to wake up tired, feel stretched too thin, and wonder where the joy went.

My turning point came when I found Ayurveda. It wasn’t just another wellness trend — it was a lifeline. I learned how to listen to my body’s signals, nourish myself deeply, and create daily rhythms that healed my nervous system instead of draining it. I stopped pushing past my limits and started living in a way that felt grounded, intentional, and sustainable.

My formal training comes from two and a half years at the Shakti School of Ayurveda, Tantra & Feminine Form Medicine — but the real lessons came from applying these practices in my own life. Ayurveda gave me the tools to break the cycle of overdoing, to live with more energy and presence, and to enjoy the life I’ve worked so hard to build.

Now, I help women (and the men who love them) do the same:

• Build a life rooted in gratitude, simple living, and daily joy

• Cultivate vibrant health with sustainable, Ayurvedic-inspired habits

• Awaken to the beauty of living with intention and self-love

• Release the pressure to “fix” yourself and instead remember your wholeness

• Align with the natural rhythms of nature and your inner wisdom

• Create space for joy, rest, and connection — without guilt

I’m here to walk beside you as you create a way of living that honors your spirit first — knowing that when the soul is nourished, the body follows.

You deserve to feel whole, alive, and deeply at home in your life.
