We begin with a 2-hour in-depth intake session where we’ll explore your personal health story, discuss your goals, uncover where you may be feeling out of sync, and identify your unique Dosha (mind-body type). Together, we’ll create a personalized lifestyle plan that includes daily routines, mindful eating practices, self-care rituals, and emotional wellness tools grounded in Ayurvedic wisdom.

Your next two 90-minute sessions will be our time to refine, support, and troubleshoot — making sure your new habits are practical for your life. We’ll adjust for seasons, life’s unexpected demands, and your personal rhythms.
