Spring Cleanse

before we begin

You will receive downloads with recipe ideas, a shopping list and instructions on how to do this cleanse. We will have a pre-cleanse call where I will answer all your questions. This call is on a Thursday so we have time to shop and prep our food for the week. We will also have weekly calls every Sunday to gather together, talk about our experiences and cheer each other on this journey.

The plan

In your downloads you will also receive a list of foods that are ok to eat during this cleanse and which foods we will avoid. We will begin the first week of eliminating the foods we won’t be eating and prepare for the cleanse which will start the next week. The second week begins our detox period. We will keep the load on our digestive system light. Our goal will be to eliminate toxins that are stored up in our bodily systems and reset our digestion. We will do this by having a liquid meal morning and night with our main meal in the middle of the day. We will do this for two weeks.

Re-integration

Our last week we will introduce the foods we have been avoiding back into our diet. We will do this by adding one food at a time with the intention of seeing how that specific food feels in our body. This is also a time to see how the food affects our mood or emotions. Yep! Food does affect our emotions. This is the ideal time to take note of this and decide for yourself if you want to continue incorporating this food into your life.

  • Welcome call

    Thursday March 20, 2025

    7:00 PM zoom call

    In this launch call. We will talk about how the cleanse will work and get ourselves prepared to start the cleanse on Monday. This call gives us time to do our shopping and prep our food for the week.

  • Week 1

    Sunday March 23, 2025

    5:00 pm zoom call

    We gather together so we are ready to start our cleanse Monday morning. This week we are working on eliminating foods from the “Do Not Eat” list.

  • Week 2

    Sunday March 30, 2025

    5:00 PM zoom call

    This is the first official week that we start detoxing. We will switch to liquid meals for breakfast and dinner and we will have our main meal for lunch.

  • Week 3

    Second week of the cleanse.

    Sunday April 6, 2025

    5:00 PM zoom call

    We will check in for support and encouragement. This is the same as week 2. With our main meal during the middle of the day and smoothies or soups for breakfast and dinner.

  • Week 4

    Sunday April 13, 2025

    5:00 PM zoom

    This is our final week. We will start adding back in foods off the “do not eat” list and observe how our body feels.

FAQs

  • No, you can follow along as long as you like. Following for the whole cleanse will bring the most benefit, but if 1, 2 or 3 weeks is all you can do, it is still a great reset.

  • No, the calls are designed for support and community. The calls will be recorded and emailed out after.

  • I know, I know! Giving up coffee in SO SO hard. Coffee is dehydrating and we are focusing on eliminating toxins, so coffee can interfere with that process. All that to say, no one is going to monitor you or guilt you if you choose to keep the coffee around.. We will talk about alternatives.

  • We are detoxing our body and our focus is on cleaning up our digestive system and our liver. We are not trying to be perfect. If you can’t eat your main meal in the middle of the day, have it for dinner, but give yourself at least 3 hours after you eat before you go to bed. If possible, you may also want to go for a 10 min walk after eating.
