Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 handful of blueberries

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 slices ginger

  • 1/2 - 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha

Instructions

  1. Blend together all solid ingredients

  2. Add coconut water to desired consistency

  3. Serve in a pretty glass

MY TIP: I don’t always like the taste of the protein powder so I only use it every few days.
