My Mom’s Homemade Teriyaki sauce RECIPE
Ingredients
1/2 olive oil
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 lg clove of garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp chopped ginger or ginger powder
protein of your choice
Instructions
Blend together all solid ingredients
Marinate protein in sauce for several hours or overnight
Cook as desired
MY TIP: For chicken I will BBQ and for Flank Steak I BBQ or cook under the broiler.
