My Mom’s Homemade Teriyaki sauce RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 olive oil

  • 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion

  • 1 lg clove of garlic minced

  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped ginger or ginger powder

  • protein of your choice

Instructions

  1. Blend together all solid ingredients

  2. Marinate protein in sauce for several hours or overnight

  3. Cook as desired

MY TIP: For chicken I will BBQ and for Flank Steak I BBQ or cook under the broiler.
