Spiced Rice
Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp chopped ginger(optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp corriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cups broth
Instructions
Melt ghee in pot
Add spices and saute until you can smell them
Add rice and saute until translucent
Add broth and bring to a boil
Cover and simmer for 30 min
Serve plain or with cilantro on top.
