Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of sea bass

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon

  • 2 tbsp on sliced almonds

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together olive oil, dill, mustard, lemon, almonds, salt and pepper

  2. Create a cooking “pan” out of foil

  3. Line foil with parchment paper

  4. Place fish on parchment paper and put mixture on top

  5. Cook on BBQ for 10 min or until center of fish is flaky

Serve fish with Spiced rice and salad of choice.
